Our Story

Leaving home to go on holiday, business or to visit the family is getting ever more stressful.

There are now so many things to do before we go and after we get back, that the relaxing effects of a well-earned break may not be fully realised. That is certainly what our families and friends have found. And we didn't always know our neighbours well enough to ask them to help. That's why we, at whilsturaway, decided to do something about it!

We have launched a new range of services designed to help you make the most of your trip.

Simply put, you enjoy yourselves and we look after things whilst you're away. You can also be assured that, when you return, your creature comforts will be in place to ease you smoothly and quickly back into everyday life.

In summary, we do the things you don't want to, whilst you're away!

Our offer

Option 1 - You come to our home

Most of our clients have been used to coming to our premises to leave their cats with us whilst they are away. If you prefer to come to our place, you can continue do so. The difference is; you can now ask us to do more for you whilst you're away.

Bring us your pets, shopping list, dry cleaning etc, and we will have them all ready for you to collect when you return.

Please give us 30 days notice of your service requirement to ensure that we have time to prepare for your departure and return.

Option 2 - We come to your home

Alternatively, we can come to your place and provide you with the same and many additional services.

In this scenario, you leave us with a key and we visit your home to check it is safe, secure and properly maintained whilst you’re away.

We could even put a new kitchen in for you whilst you’re away!

This means that whilst you’re away you can relax knowing that your pets, home and other valuables are safe and cared for. You can also be assured that when you return your home will be clean and warm with a full fridge. When you look outside you will see that the gardening has already been done

We will need between 30 and 60 days notice of your service requirement (depending on the services suite selected) to ensure that we have time to prepare for your departure and return.

The whilsturaway team covers the geography of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Limiting our coverage ensures that we are not overstretched and can meet our service obligations.
